Welcome to a wonderful year of first grade at UST! I hope you had a great summer holiday! I would like to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Allison McAfee and I will be the G1A homeroom teacher for the upcoming 2018-2019 school year. This will be my second year in Japan as well as my second year teaching at UST. I moved to Japan with my husband last August from Ohio. Before moving to Japan, I taught first grade for four years.
I am excited to continue being part of the community at United School of Tokyo and overjoyed to be your child’s first grade teacher this year! My goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where your child can explore, learn, and grow!
