Students then added a table fo contents into a writing piece they had already completed. We also started to plan a completely new piece using the table of contents as a guide!

The students began their next unit Families are special on Friday as the students brainstormed some things that their families do or make them feel that makes their families special. We thought about different activities that our families do but also somethings that make these activities special for our family. I suprised the students with my Dad's rule of 'Nobody leaves the table until everyone is finished dinner.' and we had a good discussion on different rules and ways our families do things that maybe no one else does (seems quite a few students think their Dads cheat at games......)
